Implementation of the Four New HCV Special Distribution Benefits - 2023

The Administrator issued most of the payments for the most recent retroactive special distribution benefits created by the Courts in September 2023. Payments might not however be made where the Administrator does not have current contact information for the recipient or, in some cases, the name and contact information for an executor/liquidator of the estate.

If you or someone in your family did not receive an expected payment in the timeframe indicated, please complete the Address Change Request Form on this website or contact the Administrator to determine your eligibility for these benefits and verify and ensure it has accurate contact information.
