Court Approved Protocol for Estate Payments of $50,000 or Less - August 2025 New

The Courts in British Columbia and Ontario have approved a Protocol providing guidance to the Administrator for payments of $50,000 or less to certain estates. This Court-Approved Protocol is now in effect for all provinces and territories except Quebec, as the law is different in Quebec*.
