Claims Where HCV Materially Contributed to the Death of the HCV Infected Person
It is important for HCV infected persons to designate an executor/liquidator of their estate in their will and inform this person or their next-of-kin to contact the Administrator following their death as the estate, family members and/or dependants may be entitled to claim benefits if HCV materially contributed to the HCV infected person's death.
It is also important that your representative be made aware that deadlines apply to estate and family member/dependant claims so they should contact the Administrator promptly.
