Potential Canada Post Mail Service Disruption

Due to work related problems at Canada Post, mail service disruption could be experienced and is out of our control.

What You Can Do:

Set Up Direct Deposit: To avoid payment delays, we strongly recommend setting up direct deposit with the Claims Centre. This ensures payments are transferred directly to your bank account and are not impacted by postal service disruptions. Please note, however, that some Claims may not be eligible for direct deposit.

Submit Forms or Documents: If you need to submit forms or documentation, we encourage you to send them by fax at (613) 569-1763 or email at info@hepc8690.ca to avoid any processing delay.
