Current Limitations for LOS Payment

Current limitations for payments relating to compensation for Loss of Support:

• Pre-claim net income will not exceed $300,000 (to be multiplied by the Pension Index ratio of the current year to 1999).

Possible Amendments

The Courts may from time to time, on the recommendation of the Joint Committee:

• Amend this limitation with respect to the maximum pre-claim net income of $300,000 for the PIP's or SIP's Annual Loss of Net Income Calculation.
