FUND COUNSEL
7.01 Appointment of Fund Counsel

The Courts will appoint Fund Counsel with such powers, rights,
duties and responsibilities as the Courts direct. Without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, the duties and responsibilities
of the Fund Counsel will include:
- defending decisions made by the Administrator;
- defending and advancing the interests of the Trust;
- receiving financial statements and actuarial and other
reports relating to the financial sufficiency of the Trust
Fund from time to time; and
- if deemed necessary or desirable by Fund Counsel, making
applications to the Courts pursuant to Section 10.01.
The fees, disbursements and other costs of the Fund Counsel
will be paid out of the Trust in a time, in a manner and in
an amount approved by the Courts.
