SOP - Assignments Pursuant to Section 8.05
- The procedure to be followed by the Administrator
in determining whether to consent to an assignment
pursuant to Section 8.05 of the Plans is as follows:
- The Administrator shall only consent to
an assignment, if the Administrator is directed
by a court order to do so.
