Payments for Compensable HCV Drug Therapy
(Section 4.05 of the Transfused and Hemophiliac
HCV Plans)
1. The Administrator shall pay $1,000 (indexed
from 1999 dollars) per therapy month of completed
Compensable HCV Drug Therapy as indicated by a
physician in the Drug Therapy Letter developed
by the Administrator.
2. An Approved HCV Infected Person
who has undergone or is undergoing Compensable
HCV Drug Therapy will be paid once six months
of therapy have been completed, and at six months
intervals thereafter, or on the cessation of the
Compensable HCV Drug Therapy.
