SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION BENEFIT FOR ALIVE PERMANENTLY DISABLED DEPENDANTS

If you are a dependant of an approved HCV Infected Person and the loss of services benefits you received following his/her death are no longer being paid to you, you may qualify to receive loss of services benefits for the balance of your lifetime if you meet the criteria for permanent disability set out in the Court Approved Protocol which is available here.

If you received loss of services compensation which has ended and you believe you may qualify as a permanently disabled dependant under the Court Approved Protocol, please contact the Administrator to discuss how to apply for the compensation that may be available to you under this Special Distribution Benefit.
