68. In the 12-month period ending March 31, 2002, the total
fees of the Arbitrators and Referees were approximately
$176,700.00 exclusive of taxes on fees.
69. A brief summary of the work of the Referees and Arbitrators as well as
the fees incurred for the period April 1, 2001 to March 31, 2002 is set out
in Schedule "U1".
70. The Joint Committee estimates that the fees of the Arbitrators
and Referees will be similar for the year April 1, 2002
to March 31, 2003 and recommends a budget equal to that
actually paid in Year 2.
