66. A brief summary of the work of the Joint Committee in the past 12 months
is set out in Schedule "S".
67. In the 12-month period ending March 31, 2002, the total Joint Committee
fees and disbursements were approximately $774,588.00 exclusive of taxes on
fees. A summary of fees incurred by the Joint Committee is set out in Schedule
"T". No amounts have been or will be paid to the Joint Committee
without prior court approval of the fees and disbursements.
