Court Approved Protocols

Court Approved Protocols (CAPs) are recommended by the Joint Committee and approved by the Courts to regulate the administration of the Settlement Agreement. They guide the Administrator in the processing and payment of claims. CAPs may be modified from time to time by the Courts based on claims experienced.
